What exactly is reaction system mode?

Reaction lights will flash visual cues during sports training, pushing athletes to react super quickly. 

There are options like "Follow One," "Follow Color," and "Follow Sign for drills with a single stimulus, and others like "Follow Sign & Color," and "Lonely One" for drills that really push brainpower.

How do I create a custom workout?

Go to the home screen and select "create workout".

Here you will have 3 options: Reaction System, Timing System, and Reactive Agility System

• Reaction Mode: Sharpen your brain's ability to respond swiftly to specific stimuli, like tracking the green number 2. This mode utilizes pods to display what athletes need to react to.
• Timing Mode: Elevate your capacity to change position and/or direction with speed and precision. Arrange two pods facing each other and establish a laser beam.
• Reactive Agility Mode: Athletes navigate through a timing gate or respond to lights, triggering movement forward to the next gate or light. Combine gates and lights to create reactive polygons.

Once you choose a workout type, you can continue to arrange the pods in any order or pattern you would like- attach them to goal frames, boxing bags, rebounders, mount them on tripods, and let your creativity come out. The specific setup of your workout will depend on your personal preferences and objectives. 

Deactivation Options

Distance queues:

Adjust the distance you want to deactivate the signal on

Note that you can test the distance by hovering your hand over the pods. The pod lights will turn red when the sensor is activated and at the right range.

Turn on the long range IR sensor when you need further distances such as when you are swinging a tennis racket to deactivate the sensor.

Use a setting of 30% or more for a very long sensor range 

How do I set up reaction pods in the field?

In Reactive Agility Mode, you'll find a mix of customization tricks from both reaction and timing modes.

Reactive Agility System works by setting up stations, each throwing a new task your way in the RAGS polygon. Click "Add station," and you can pick between Gates and Pods stations.

Under Customize Reactive Agility Sequence:

For a gate station, click "Gates" and choose from various options based on how many pods you've got.

For a POD station click "Pods" and choose from a wide range of signals and subtasks.

* you can't create a RAGS drill without connecting to the pods first.
