How to add teams and athletes:
In the Sportreact APP, the hierarchy works based on teams, coaches, and athletes. Every team can have multiple coaches, and multiple athletes. Coaches and athletes can be part of multiple teams.
Before starting your first workout, let's set up teams and add athletes to track results for analytics.
ADD AN ATHLETE:
1. Go to Settings - Teams and Athletes.
2. By default, you'll find "My Team" already created as your primary team. Click on it, and you'll discover four main sections:
Team Overview -In Team Overview, you can check the number of coaches and athletes in the team. You can also edit team info, change admins, or delete the team.

Analytics Overview
3. The Coaches and Athletes sections allow you to manage all profiles within the team. To add your first athlete, hit "Add".
4. You have multiple options, including creating a new team member, importing an existing Sportreact member, sending an invitation, or importing athletes pre-created into different teams.
5. Opt for "Create a new team member," input the necessary info (similar to the sign-in process), and save the athlete. The newly added athlete will appear in the team overview. You can also import athletes using their ID from the profile overview, send an invitation via email, or import athletes from different teams.
6. Now, repeat the process for the entire team.
To view an athlete's profile, simply click on it. You'll find highlights, an overview with useful activity information, and personal details. Edit any information, delete the profile, or share it with the athlete. To share, hit the share button and enter their email. Once the athlete claims the profile, you won't be able to alter their private details, and they can view all the mutual workouts you've done together.
Adding a new coach: Follow the same steps—share the profile with the coach and let them assist in managing the team. Coaches aren't admins by default, but you can designate them as admins in the profile edit section. Beneath all the athletes in the team, find the team overview with useful insights into user behavior.
Adding more teams: Once your team is set, you can add more teams. Simply click "Create new," edit the info, add athletes, and you're good to go.
How to save custom activities:
One remarkable aspect of the Sportreact system is its ability to customize detailed workout parameters. Go to your home screen and choose "Create Activity." Within this feature, you'll find three unique workout modes: Reaction System, Timing System, and Reactive Agility System.
Reaction Mode: Sharpen your brain's ability to respond swiftly to specific stimuli, like tracking the green number 2. This mode utilizes pods to display what athletes need to react to.
Timing Mode: Elevate your capacity to change position and/or direction with speed and precision. Arrange two pods facing each other and establish a laser beam.
Reactive Agility Mode: Athletes navigate through a timing gate or respond to lights, triggering movement forward to the next gate or light. Combine gates and lights to create reactive polygons.
