How to Change or Cancel Your Sportreact PLUS Subscription

You can manage your Sportreact PLUS plan directly through the Sportreact app. Follow the instructions below to change your subscription tier or cancel your plan.

How to Change Your Sportreact PLUS Tier

1. Open the Sportreact App

Launch the Sportreact app on your phone or tablet.

2. Open Settings

Tap Settings in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Subscription

In the Settings menu, tap Subscription.

4. View All Plans

Select All Subscription Plans to see the available Sportreact PLUS tiers.

Your active plan will be marked with a green Current label in the upper-right corner of the plan card.

5. Choose a New Tier

Review the available plans and select the tier you want to activate.

You can choose between monthly and annual billing, depending on the available options.

6. Continue to Checkout

Tap the green subscription button displaying the name of your selected plan.

7. Complete the Payment

Enter your credit or debit card details, or complete the payment through Apple Pay or Google Pay when available.

Once the payment is confirmed, your subscription change will be scheduled or activated.

When Will the New Tier Become Active?

Upgrading to a Higher Tier

A higher-tier subscription is activated immediately.

Any additional athlete seats included in the new plan will become available as soon as the upgrade is confirmed.

Downgrading to a Lower Tier

Your current higher-tier subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Until that date, you will continue to have access to the features and athlete seats included in your existing plan. The lower-tier plan will begin on your next billing date.

How to Cancel Your Sportreact PLUS Subscription or Free Trial

1. Open the Sportreact App

Launch the Sportreact app.

2. Open Settings

Tap Settings in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Select Subscription

In the Settings menu, tap Subscription.

4. Manage Your Subscription

Select Manage Your Subscription.

Your device’s subscription management page will open.

5. Select Cancel Subscription

Choose Cancel Subscription.

When canceling a free trial, make sure the cancellation is completed before the trial renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period.

6. Select a Reason

When prompted, choose the reason for canceling your subscription.

7. Confirm the Cancellation

Tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can continue using Sportreact PLUS until that date.

What Happens to My Athlete Data After Cancellation?

Your previously saved athlete data will not be deleted when you cancel your subscription or switch to a lower tier.

You will continue to have access to data recorded while the athlete profiles and subscription were active.

When your new plan includes fewer athlete seats, the app will allow you to choose which athletes should remain active. The remaining athletes will become inactive, but their profiles and saved results will remain stored.

You can access their data again by reactivating the athletes after upgrading or renewing your Sportreact PLUS subscription.
