How to mark athlete profiles as active or inactive in Sportreact PLUS?

What does an active athlete profile mean?

Marking an athlete profile as active means the athlete is available for training, and their data (results, analytics and trends) can be stored in the Sportreact PLUS app. Before activating or deactivating athletes, ensure you have available athlete seats. If no seats are available, purchase a subscription tier that meets your needs. Marking athlete profiles as inactive helps you manage your coach account by:

✅ Optimizing the number of athlete seats

Ensure you're only using seats for active athletes.

✅ Clearing out your athlete list

Keep your list organized by hiding athletes who aren’t currently training.

✅ Keeping your athlete list updated

Easily reactivate athletes when they return to training.

Will I lose athlete data if I mark athletes as inactive? No! Marking athletes as inactive keeps all current athlete data saved but prevents starting new drills or tracking new data unless reactivated.

You can choose to deactivate your athletes if:

  • If you are downgrading Sportreact PLUS subscription tier and want to choose athletes with who you want to continue working with.
  • If you occasionally work with additional athletes, or a large group of athletes, but don't need them for everyday training.

Marking Athletes as Inactive

1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage active athletes

2. Scroll down to the Active Athletes section and click Change.

3. Select the athletes you want to mark as inactive by marking the checkbox.

4. Click Deactivate. Number of athletes you will mark as inactive is visible in the brackets.

5. That's it! You successfully marked your athletes as inactive. They now appear in the Inactive athletes section.

6. When you start a new activity, inactive athletes in your Choose athlete list will appear crossed out and cannot be selected for training.

Marking Athletes as Active

1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Manage active athletes.

2. Scroll down to the Inactive Athletes section and click Change.

3.  Select the athletes you want to activate.

4. Click Activate.

5. That's it! You have successfully marked your athletes as active. They now appear in the Active Athletes section and are available for selection when starting your activities.

How to track available athlete seats and view your activation limit?

How many athletes can I have active in total? Number of athlete seats = number of active athletes.

Is there an activation limit? Yes, you can activate every athlete's profile twice per month.

On the Manage Athletes screen, a memo will always display the number of available athlete seats and remaining activations.

Customers who used Sportreact before the launch of Sportreact PLUS have all athlete profiles created before March 25, 2025, marked as Free.  These profiles cannot be activated or deactivated and will remain available for unlimited use.
